Work with our team of expert advisors/consultants and facilitators to engage your stakeholders and identify the best culture change approach or phased-in approach for your organization (focus on values, strategy, competencies and/or other accountabilities such as customer or employee satisfaction, other performance targets).  Develop and implement change management plans to reinforce culture change, ensure alignment across reinforcing mechanisms, develop and provide onboarding cultural training to reinforce cultural values/practices/behaviors/accountabilities/strategic priorities.   


INCLUDES:

  • FACILITATED SERIES OF STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS for specific desired future state of culture change; identify cultural values, stories, key messaging; strategy or strategic priorities; staff behaviors/competencies, other accountabilities to reinforce the new culture. 
  • FACILITATED CHANGE MANAGEMENT LEVERAGING ORGANIZATIONAL REINFORCEMENTS, CHANGE CHAMPIONS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION (from Communication Planning, Sponsorship/Change Team Preparation, Needs Assessment, Stakeholder Engagement, Training, Coaching, and Organizational Reinforcements that Align and Reinforce the Culture Change).  
  • ASSESSMENTs at key intervals or on an ongoing basis to provide feedback about progress of the culture change and continuing reinforcement.
