GROUP PROCESS FACILITATION

We transform tedious, tiring, unproductive meetings to engaging, collaborative, results-driven learning experiences (online or in-person).

  

Typically, that includes designing collaborative workshops for groups (5 to 250 people with additional facilitators/group process guides) whom we help by:

  • Facilitating focus, learning, decision making, plans and supported agreements (for workgroups, teams, coalitions, committees, boards, etc.)
  • Listening, creating safety, building trust, holding the space for tension to surface and resolve with skillful guidance, group process, compassion, respect, diplomacy, and neutrality
  • Sharing our positive energy, enthusiasm, courage, humor and support
  • Using leadership and self to stimulate creativity, catalyze change, enhance learning and productivity
  • Drawing on the wisdom, perspectives, and contributions of each person, each team member to create overall success
  • Using interactive learning, dialogue, and participative group process to build  understanding and reach decisions

This is a multi-day participative workshop based on needs, facilitating outcomes at specific Change Management steps to strengthen adoption, readiness for change, engagement, more.


Culture Change (Full Service Solution based on Needs)

This is a multi-day participative workshop based on needs, facilitating clarity about the best approach to culture change (people/strategy/values) for your organization and realizing specific outcomes to operationalize Culture Change, combined with Change Management supports for sustainable culture change.


Balanced Measures for Planning Organizational Effectiveness

This workshop explores the balance of metrics (across leadership, governance, clients/ stakeholder groups, SMART goals and internal operations) to support alignment and sustain focus. Drawing from the balanced scorecard and a whole systems approach, we consider the criteria of your mission, vision, values and goals to guide you in selecting meaningful measures without re-doing your planning process. (2 hr.)


Program Evaluation Planning

This workshop facilitates program focus for demonstrating results with evaluation logic models. It introduces the logic model or theory of change framework--building on your inputs, process, defining outputs, outcomes; and introduces two proven large group process methods. The logic model framework clarifies the audience for the evaluation, short, intermediate and long-range outcomes. The facilitation methods have been used worldwide, and are based on learning styles and the cycle of human learn


ToP Strategic Planning (TSP)

This workshop provides a participatory, consensus-based approach to strategic planning for establishing a solid foundation for organizational/workgroup/committee/ coalition success. This is an integrated approach that builds on group learning, participation, and consensus. The end product goes beyond process with a plan that is realistic, achievable, supported, and easy to manage through to implementation and results.


Action Planning & Visioning

This workshop engages the group to crystalize a vision, develop a timeline, and clarify roles and responsibilities for sustained motivation and action for results.


Secrets of Implementation

This workshop introduces a rich toolkit to keep plans and projects alive, relevant, and achievable during implementation.


Making Data Dance

This workshop focuses on participatory processes for data gathering, review and analysis. We illustrate ways to ground groups in the data they need to make better decisions using the Focused Conversation and Consensus Workshop methods; share a straightforward tool to gather stakeholder perceptions; and provide an opportunity for you to actively participate in and apply the methods we share.


Facilitation for Innovation – Inspiring Group Creativity

This workshop engages groups in their own creativity and innovative action to “think out of the box” on the spot and come up with new solutions to a problem or situation. This is a highly interactive workshop that utilizes creative tools to explore and practice group innovation.
